Baghchal privacy policy

This policy explains what stays on your device, what Baghchal processes for online features and advertising, and how to manage or delete your information.

About this policy

Web Dev NC operates the Baghchal Android app with package name com.webdevnc.baagchal and this website.

You can play on one device without giving Web Dev NC your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details. The app may connect to Google to request and display ads. Baghchal also sends information online when you choose private online play or Google Play Games rankings.

Information saved on your device

Baghchal stores sound and vibration settings, your unfinished game and move history, game statistics, up to 50 completed-game replays, a reference to your most recent private room, advertising consent choices, and the time remaining on an earned banner-free reward.

Baghchal does not send local game information to Web Dev NC unless it forms part of an online game. The app sends your win total to Google Play Games only when you use its ranking feature.

Private online play

Baghchal creates an anonymous Supabase account when you create or join a private room. You do not provide a name, email address, or password.

Supabase processes the anonymous account identifier, room code, room membership, chosen side, game status, current game state, move history, and room timestamps. Supabase may also process connection, device, request, and security information needed to run and protect the service.

Anyone with a valid room code may join that room. Share the code only with the person you want to play.

Google Play Games rankings

If you open the rankings feature, Google Play Games may process your Play Games identity, account and device information, and service activity under Google's Privacy Policy. Baghchal submits your total wins to its Google Play Games leaderboard.

Advertising and rewarded ads

Baghchal uses Google Mobile Ads to show banners. You may choose to watch rewarded ads for actions offered in the app or to hide banners for 24 hours.

Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device and app information, ad interactions, consent choices, and signals used for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, fraud prevention, and security. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and consent choice. Read Google's Privacy Policy and advertising policies.

Baghchal asks for advertising consent where required. You can reopen regional privacy choices from Settings > Privacy choices. Android settings also let you reset or limit the advertising identifier.

Website visits and invitation links

This website carries no advertising scripts. It does use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Google processes your IP address, browser and device information, the page addresses you open on this site, referring addresses, and analytics cookies or similar identifiers under Google's Privacy Policy. The browser game at /play/ is part of this website and is measured the same way. Cloudflare processes request information such as IP address, browser details, security signals, and server logs to deliver and protect the site under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Invitation pages are the exception. A room code appears in the address of an invitation page, so those pages load no analytics at all and send nothing about your room to Google. They do not query a room or join a player either; they ask you to confirm inside the app.

Information Baghchal does not request

Baghchal does not ask for precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, messages, or payment information. The current app does not include in-app purchases or a separate analytics or crash-reporting service. Google may derive an approximate location from an IP address for advertising and security.

How Baghchal uses information

  • Save and resume games on your device.
  • Show statistics and completed-game replays.
  • Create private rooms and keep game state in sync.
  • Submit leaderboard rankings when you use Google Play Games.
  • Display and measure ads, provide rewarded actions, prevent advertising fraud, and remember privacy choices.
  • Protect online play, investigate problems, and meet legal obligations.

Services that receive information

Web Dev NC does not sell or rent your information. Web Dev NC may disclose limited information when law requires it or to address fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Retention and deletion

Clearing app data or uninstalling Baghchal removes information stored only on that device.

Use Delete Online Play Data in Settings to delete your anonymous online account. This deletes private rooms you started and removes your anonymous membership from rooms you joined. A room started by another player may remain without your deleted account identifier.

Follow the account deletion instructions if you cannot use the app. Google controls retention and deletion for Play Games and advertising information through your Google account and privacy settings.

Security and international processing

Baghchal sends online game data over encrypted connections. Database rules limit private-room records to participating anonymous accounts. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Supabase, Google, and Cloudflare may process information outside your country under their privacy policies and legal safeguards.

Children's privacy

Baghchal does not ask for a player's age, name, email address, or phone number. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information through support can contact Web Dev NC for investigation and deletion.

Changes and contact

Web Dev NC may update this policy when Baghchal's features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the current revision.
